  Answer:-I've used a credit union for fifteen years, I haven't had a single fee for anything in all that time, I bank online, pay all my bills online, its all free. Even my debit and credit card.
  Of course, I'm responsible too, no overages, no bounced checks, no lines of credit.
  Oh, and I get a shareholders amount too once a year, they pay me.
  Federal Credit unions don't have FDIC, so you do have to make sure they have the deposits covered by their insurance group.
  
  Government hasn't made the banks charge customers for taking their own money out at ATM, I have no charge for that either as long as I use another credit unions ATM. Government hasn't created debit card fees, or check charges or other fees and charges that can suck up as much as six hundred a year for the average user. Its greedy corporate banks that do that.

  Answer:-No it will not. It won't be credited to your bank until Monday. Just because the retail end of the bank is open doesn't mean the back office is. And the electronic wire system PayPal and the bank uses doesn't operate on the weekend.

Anyways, the school board knows what counties to closed based on weather conditions and road conditions that are then reported to each school district. If the weather and/or road conditions are bad, then school will be closed. If a county or school district is not closed and should be close, then you can email the school district or call up the superintendent to notify them that the weather conditions are too severe for school to be open. Generally, you can't do nothing to report it because it is based on the superintendent to close school. You can provide some insight into your thinking, but when it comes right down to it, it the head of the district that determines if school should be closed. Sometimes, the bus drivers and/or teachers may say that they are unable to drive or are not willing to drive because of weather conditions on the roads. When that happens the superintendent is forced to close schools. It has happened before in my district.

  Answer:-I live in florida, and here we have "Bad Weather days." If we have any kind of severe weather -like a tropical storm- that is scheduled to hit during school hours, we don't have school. During the hurricanes that hit a few years ago (like Charley and Frances) we didn't have school for weeks at a time!

  Generally a part of the fault line which is subject to Earthquakes, but has not had one for years is most at risk. There are instances where a fault has been dormant for a long time {Indonesia recently} and it is subject to several fairly major shocks.However when the stress is relieved is not predictable, although sometimes pre-shocks are detected.
  
  In summary; go move to the center of a tectonic plate.

  Answer:-Aftershocks in an unstable mine are not tectonic in nature (earth crust moving). Not enough energy from the Peru quake would make it that far north, or else it would have triggered a lot of quakes in Cali as well.
  
  I have a theory that the melting ice caps are redistributing such a large mass of water around the planet that the poles are undergoing tectonic rebound, causing stress at plate boundaries around the world. IT'S aTHEORY (for whoever wishes to argue the point) but I think I am going to watch quake frequency for the next few years.

  Answer:-It is very difficult to access to a list of orphans (if there is actually one) The only thing I can think of is to actually visit Yungay (the new town) and start asking the local authorities. Just remember that when the earthquake happened, the government was run by militars who may or may not have sent the orphans omewhere else. The best thing would be to contact people who lived there at the time, and local authorities now in Yungay or in Huaraz. Websites? I dont think so, these things are very delictae to post online.
