  With the New Mail, you can just right the folder and choose "delete" from the drop menu.
  
  In either case, the folder has to be empty to delete it.

  Answer:-You can not switch, just use that one instead of the one you are using. Inform all of your contacts of the new E-mail address. Remember, that if you try to close or delete the primary account, you will lose ALL of your accounts associated to it.

  Answer:-Sorry I didn't find an easy way to do this. The only way I can tell you is to forward the emails to your new account. Copy and paste won't work.
  
  I believe you can try to "export to a file" If you have opened Outlook for the sbcglobal account, go to "File" and choose "import & export". Then choose "export to a file". Choose the folder you want to export, and choose where you want to save the emails on your computer. But this will not put them into your yahoo account. I'm not sure if you can even read them after you have moved them since they will be in a different format that ends ...csv. Try exporting one and try to read it before you do any more.
  
  Forward the emails, is probably easier if that's where you want them. Notify people or businesses of your new email address. I know, could be time comsuming.

  Answer:-Mail.app is the Apple e-mail client?
  
  Fairly simple. You have 2 ways of doing this.
  
  Go into GMail settings. Under the forwarding with POP/IMAP tab.
  
  You can use either POP download (enable it), and by the second option "When messages are accessed with POP" just select "delete GMail's copy"
  
  Otherwise, enable IMAP, which has 2 way communication between your client and GMail, meaning that any action you perform on your client is duplicated on GMail ... this should apply to deleting e-mails as well.
  
  GMail recommends you use IMAP, but its up to personal choice I think. You can just follow the instructions in the setting screen to set up your client for whichever service you use.

  After fiddling around with it a bit, I figured it out and it’s not very hard. Of course, it would be cool if Gmail just had a button called Import that let you connect to your old Gmail account and import all the emails, but it’s not that simple.
  In order to move emails from one Gmail account to another, you have to follow the steps below:
  Step 1: First, log into the old email account (current one you are using) and click on Settings, then Forwarding and POP and choose Enable POP for all mail. Make sure to click Save Changes at the bottom.
  
  Step 2: Now log into the new email account and click on Settings again. Then click on Accounts and click the Add a mail account you own link.
  
  Step 3: Now type in the old Gmail email address into the text box and click Next.
  
  Step 4: Now type in the password for the old email account and choose pop.gmail.com from the POP Server drop down list. Click Add Account.
  
  Step 5: Next you’ll be asked if you want to be able to send email as oldaddress@gmail.com. This is useful if you want the mail to come into the new account, but be able to respond using the old email address.
  
  Step 6: Type in your name for the old email address and choose whether you want the reply address to be the old address or you can optionally change it to the new one, which is a good idea so that people will eventually stop writing to the old address.
  
  Step 7: Finally, you will have to verify that you actually own the old email address by clicking the Send Verification button. You can then log into your old email account and copy the confirmation code in the email. Paste that into the appropriate box. Click Verify.

My biggest concern is that if the WiFi connection doesn't require a password, WiFi or Wireless Hackers could snoop on your conversation. Which may require some sort of firewall.

  There is only a scammer trying to steal your hard-earned money.
  
  The next email will be from another of the scammer's fake names and free email addresses pretending to be the "lottery official" and will demand you pay for made-up fees and taxes, in cash, and only by Western Union or moneygram.
  
  Western Union and moneygram do not verify anything on the form the sender fills out, not the name, not the street address, not the country, not even the gender of the receiver, it all means absolutely nothing. The clerk will not bother to check ID and will simply hand off your cash to whomever walks in the door with the MTCN# and question/answer. Neither company will tell the sender who picked up the cash, at what store location or even in what country your money walked out the door. Neither company has any kind of refund policy, money sent is money gone forever.
  
  Now that you have responded to a scammer, you are on his 'potential sucker' list, he will try again to separate you from your cash. He will send you more emails from his other free email addresses using another of his fake names with all kinds of stories of great jobs, lottery winnings, millions in the bank and desperate, lonely, sexy singles. He will sell your email address to all his scamming buddies who will also send you dozens of fake emails all with the exact same goal, you sending them your cash via Western Union or moneygram.
  
  You could post up the email address and the emails themselves that the scammer is using, it will help make your post more googlable for other suspicious potential victims to find when looking for information.
  
  Do you know how to check the header of a received email? If not, you could google for information. Being able to read the header to determine the geographic location an email originated from will help you weed out the most obvious scams and scammers. Then delete and block that scammer. Don't bother to tell him that you know he is a scammer, it isn't worth your effort. He has one job in life, convincing victims to send him their hard-earned cash.
  
  Whenever suspicious or just plain curious, google everything, website addresses, names used, companies mentioned, phone numbers given, all email addresses, even sentences from the emails as you might be unpleasantly surprised at what you find already posted online.   I ordered three items from Publishers Clearing House and I received one of them today but I haven't received like a bill or something saying that I have to pay.
  
  Answer:-If you get any sort of bill, return it and just write "Cancel" on the bill.
  
  More than likely, the "free" gifts came with strings attached. You probably signed up for some sort of service that you didn't even realize you signed up for. In fact, if you included any sort of credit card number, you will likely be charged for that service that you didn't know you signed up for.
  
  Look carefully at what is sent. Usually there is a telephone number you need to call in order to cancel whatever you signed up for. If you do everything right, you probably will get to keep the gifts for free.

  they do keep sending me stuff that ends up at my door..at my 2nd floor apt. . and i never paid for anything..nor did i provide a credit card or personal info.. except my address.. which is an apt.
  
  Answer:-It's real but very few people win. They only have to award enough prizes to say they've awarded prizes. According to their website, the chances of winning are 1 in 1.75 billion which makes multi state lotteries like PowerBall and Mega Millions look like a sure thing.

  Answer:-I definitely want to make a mark on the world, but I think its mostly because of my Leo moon and mercury conjunct my midheaven, as well as my planets moon and mercury are in the tenth house.
  I want to majorly improve the world and be recognized for it. Yes, recognized. The satisfaction of doing good for mankind simply isn't enough (once again, Leo moon).
  Its one of the reasons I am going to college for a science field (havent chosen yet). I also just love the investigating, researching, creating, analyzing data aspect of science. I love everything about science.
