  Lauren Conrad dated Stephen Colletti in High School. Well, it just so happened that Stephen was also dating Kristin.

  Answer:-Since you're 14, you're bodies going to be changing a lot. And you really shouldn't be dieting/cutting calories. But I doubt your mind will change, so I will suggest:
  1. Try not to eat to much sugar, white flour, white rice, etc. Eat things with lots of colour. If the label on the package lists sugar as one of the first ingredients, try not to eat too much of it.
  2. Lots of fruits and veggies. Keep up your proteins (chicken is a good, healthy source.)
  3. Cardio workouts are great. Running, biking, etc. anything that gets you active and gets your heart rate up!
  4. If you want a bit of toning, try sit-ups/crunches.
  And don't worry if you gain weight at first, muscle weighs more than fat. Plus, I'll say it again, you're 14, so you're body is still changing drastically on it's own. For now, just try to focus on staying active and eating healthy!

  Answer:-I think she looks about 110lb-115lb with around 20% body fat. She has a very athletic physique, so just dropping down to this weight won't necessarily put you as low as 20% body fat unless you do a lot of strength training and eat a high protein diet.

  Answer:-Arseholes (aka dirty bums)...they don't sound very tasty, but they are, lol. Lay the dough on the counter and brush with butter, put a thin even layer of brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon. Then roll it up and slice the log every 1-2 inches. Lay flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake. My Grandmother used to always make them for us with the left over pie crust pieces. YUMMY.

  Answer:-Gluten strands makes the pie crust shrink when you bake it. Allowing the dough time to rest between mixing, rolling, and baking will reduce the amount of shrinkage that occurs. Other than that there isn't really anything you can do to avoid it, you just have to remember that its going to shrink up a little bit and roll it out slightly bigger.

  Answer:-It should be okay. Pie crusts are made from shortening and flour, so there really isn't anything in it that would "go bad" quickly. The only thing I would worry about would be drying out too much...

  Answer:-Before you bake your crust, brush the bottom with a beaten egg. Then bake for 15 minutes, let cool, then add filling. Cover the outer edges with foil and bake as usual. When almost done baking, remove the foil and bake till edges are golden.
  
  By brushing egg yolk on the bottom, then baking, you are forming a seal that will help keep moisture out.

  Answer:-You can substitute exact measurements of butter for other fats, but remeber if it is table butter it already has salt added to it. You can also make a crust with oil, but it is much harder to get a flaky crust with oil.

  Answer:-You can use the buter in place of shortening. I've done that before. The crust won't be quite as flaky as it is with shortening but it will work just fine.

  The short response is that no one knows an exact amount. The relationship between a touring pro and his caddie is unique. Aside from Williams' accountant, there is no reference that maintains the information. And Williams won't divulge it. Even if someone here says s/he knows what it is, s/he doesn't. Trust me.

  He is playing this victim role. If anything, having the public know someone who is a meth user is participating in their sport makes the sport look bad. So why would they want to make someone look like a druggie when it hurts Nascar's image as well.

  Answer:-If Mayfield was innocent, then the only thing NASCAR could gain from targetting him, as long as they are successful in getting him out of the sport, is that they would have an example of their drug policy working and he would be the scapegoat.
  If he did in fact take drugs, which is increasingly appearing likely, then what they gain is getting a dangerous driver off of the track, and showing that their policy is helping the overall sport.
  The only thing that would make NASCAR look bad is if after all this the courts still side with Mayfield. That would show that NASCAR doesn't have its act together in enforcing drug policies and testing.

If it was an innocent over the counter drug, he would have been shouting it to the sky. Since he is not, I believe it was probably illegal. He probably needed to stay awake to get his car ready for the race...you know: small team, owner/driver, minimal $$$$, very few crew members...lots of work to finish before race day.
