Tiki didn't get a training camp contract but he did workout for the Dolphins. I didn't read about any other teams taking a look at him.
But there may be some tepid interest out there for him. With the new CBA, if a vested veteran (4 years or more) has a contract before the week 1 game, his team is obligated to pay his entire yearly salary regardless of how long he remains on the team. After game 1, if a vested veteran is signed, the team is no longer obligated to pay the full year contract if the guy is later cut.
Since Tiki is a 10 year veteran, his minimum salary for a 1 year contract would be $975,000.
I can envision a team wanting to sign an experienced RB after week 1, especially if they lose a starter to injury. So it's possible Tiki could get some looks after the first week's games.
However, I don't think it will happen since there are many quality RB's on practice squads and others who were late training camp cuts that could be signed for a lot less. The minimum salary for a free agent rookie contract is $375,000. - Question:-Does Reggie Bush have a chance to turn things around and have a Tiki Barber or Brian Westbrook type career?

Answer:-Theres always a chance, but I find it very unlikely.
Like Westbrook and Barber, Bush has great speed, agility, and vision. When you watch him return kicks or get into open space, these traits make him exciting to watch. As an Eagles fan, any time Westbrook is back to return a kick, I get excited because I expect a big play, and he rarely disappoints.
The difference is that Westbrook and Barber were much better pure runningbacks. Bush is more of a kick returner who is lining up at RB than a RB who can catch and kick return. He doesn't have the power or ability to run between the tackles and run over/elude defenders that Barber and Westbrook possess. If you watch Westbrook or Barber play, they rarely take a hit on squarely. They always manage to be just that half step away from the defender that allows them to break a tackle for a big gain. They will break ankles from time to time, and will run someone over occasionally, but a high majority of their yards after contact are achieved because they have that great first move that gives them just enough space to get away from defenders without making significant contact. Bush doesnt do that - he either tries to break ankles on every contact situation or tries to run over the defender (which never works with him). If he can learn to get that quick, elusive first step that limits contact, he can be productive.
Even so, if utilized properly, there is no doubt that Bush could be a volatile weapon. The problem is that he isn't a feature back, and he never will be. He's a great change of pace or 3rd down back, but he won't ever be an every down back like a Westbrook or Barber. He simply lacks the necessary running power and elusiveness. - Question:-What NFL teams has Tiki Barber played on?

I am a little confused regarding the Penn State story. Mike McQueary allegedly walked in on a child rape. Did he stop it or did he just walk and left the child alone with out Sandusky? And why didn't he call the police or took the child to it's parents. It is very disturbing to me to think that the child thought it was safe when he walked in but didn't get help. Yeah, I've been looking into it. The story my husband told me was that sandusky and a COLLEGE student were in the locker and the boy said he was raped. (which regardless of age is still horrible, but at that age an18-22 year old is old enough to actually decide to press charges and protect himself from the rapist) So now that I found out it was a ten year old from some charity event, it makes me sick. that should have def been reported to authorities right away by everyone with an inkling of it. An elementary teacher noticed suspicious bruises on one of her students and reported it to the administration on more than one occasion. One day the boy came in and had bruises on his back and legs (from being hit with a broom handle) so she called the police herself. The administration came down on her like a ton of bricks and threatened her job. She was told, "Don't you have any compassion for a sick adult?!" Laws (passed several years later) requiring teachers to report suspected abuse aren't there to force teachers to act as much as to protect them from the administration if they do.

Answer:-No he is not, Leaf had worse stats, less wins, went to jail, insulted the media and did more damage to his team than Russell did. However some people get fooled by two facts which make them believe Russell is a bigger bust: (1) his bigger contract, and (2) being drafted #1 while Leaf was #2.
Let's analyze them.
(1) Contract.
While it's true that Russell got $20 more million than Leaf, they Raiders didn't do or give anything extra to get him. On the other hand the Chargers gave two first round draft picks, a second round pick, Pro Bowler Eric Metcalf and another player that I don't remember just to move up in the draft and grab Leaf. In other words, the Raiders threw away $30 millions but the team didn't improve or worsen; the Chargers threw away their future and Leaf disgraced the franchise.
Conclusion: The Chargers paid a higher price for Leaf than the Raiders for Russell.
(2) Russell was drafted higher.
In this case some people don't understand that talent levels differ year by year. We had QB classes like 1983 which produced three Hall of Famers and several quality signal callers, and 1990 whose best products were Jeff George, considered a bust, and Neil O'Donnell, the only Pro Bowler. It's not hard to see that 1998 QB class (Peyton Manning, Matt Hasselbeck and a serviceable Brian Griese) was miles better than 2007, probably the weakest class of the decade whose best QB is Kevin Kolb. Russell was a prospect similar to Daunte Culpepper, Byron Leftwich and Josh Freeman, none of them were the first QB taken, and was never considered a top 15 player. The Raiders desperate need for a QB made them choose Russell despite there was amazing talent at other positions (Calvin Johnson, Darrelle Revis, Joe Thomas, Patrick Willis, Adrian Peterson to name a few). Russell was expected to become a Daunte Culpepper type of QB, Leaf was expected to compete with Peyton Manning for awards and championships.
Conclusion: Expectations on Ryan Leaf were higher.
