  Rick Perry leads Romney 39-23, but it an overall poll of the whole country.
  Meaning that the states that are favorable to Romney are the first few and the ones that favor Perry come after that. I know I want Perry to stumble so that Sarah Palin will jump in, but I think Perry being the candidate will be as much a favor to obama than if it was Sarah.

  Answer:-His plan is to make it look like he takes Hispanic voters seriously, but in the meantime will advance policies that limit our civil liberties and brand muslims as second class citizens. The end result will be very negative for illegal immigrants. The Bush era demonstrates this.
  
  The smartes thing for hispanics is to vote for Ron Paul who stands for civil liberties and an end to empty necon rhetoric against muslims. Ron Paul will end the poisonous climate in which immigrants are perceived as supposed source of US problems.

  #2 The debt of the state of Texas is out of control. According to usdebtclock.org, the debt to GDP ratio in Texas is 22.9% and the debt per citizen is $10,645. In California (a total financial basket case), the debt to GDP ratio is just 18.7% and the debt per citizen is only $9932. If Rick Perry runs for president these are numbers he will want to keep well hidden.
  #3 The total debt of the Texas government has more than doubled since Rick Perry became governor. So what would the U.S. national debt look like after four (or eight) years of Rick Perry?

  I'm confused. Ricky Perry is the governor of Texas, and he was lieutenant governor with Bush. So, Rick Perry takes over for Bush when Bush became president. Now, it's 10 years later and Rick Perry is still the governor. What gives? I hear there might be an election coming up, but I haven't heard anyone talking about who would be the democrat on the ballot. Do you know? How can Perry keep running for governor? Isn't there a two term limit like on the presidency? Oh, and does Perry live in a governor's mansion in Austin, or a private residence?
  
  Answer:-Perry lives in a temporary mansion while the Governor's mansion is supposed to be rebuilt after having been burned in a 'fire' still under investigation. It has never been solved.
  
  But there are no term limits on how long a Governor can serve in Texas. Perry's reign makes a good case for it though.
  
  Bill White is the Democratic candidate. He's the former mayor of Houston (which does have term limits).
  
  Until he hit term limits, White kept getting re-elected with 91 and 86 percent of the entire citywide vote.
  
  The FBI Director awarded him the Director's Community Leadership Award because of the tremendous drop in crime when he was serving as mayor. He added jobs while cutting property tax rates for five straight years.
