  Answer:-I'm sad for our community. I was shaken when I heard the news. Not just the Gabrielle Giffords was shot (and the first report I received was that she was killed) but that 6 others were also killed. My dad knew the judge who was killed and started crying. I met Gabrielle Giffords when she spoke at my high school and she was a nice person. No matter what your political beliefs are, this should not happen. And that little 9 year old girl, ugh, it hurts me to my core.
  
  I've been in a state of shock all day, that something like this happened here, in Tucson. My dad and I are still up because we just can't sleep.
