  Answer:-It's a tough legal issue because the Internet is international. The First Amendment doesn't apply everywhere.
  
  However, some standards need to be kept. If someone is libeled or slandered on the net, then it would be difficult not to justify some sort of legal action ... and some sort of censorship to prevent it.

  Answer:-Bill S.978 or the Commercial Felony Streaming Act is a bill that is pending introduction to the United States Senate floor. It was proposed by Amy Klobuchar, Chris Coons, and John Cornyn on May 12, 2011.[1] It is an amendment to USC 2319, Title 18, that would make unauthorized streaming of copyrighted material for the purpose of "commercial advantage or personal financial gain", a felony (under current law, unauthorized streaming is only a misdemeanor). The penalty could include up to five years of prison-time. It defines illegal streaming as streaming ten or more times in a 180 day period. Furthermore, the value of the illegally streamed material would have to be greater than $2,500, or the licensing fees would have to be over $5,000.
  
  Several articles have been published, expressing concern as to whether the bill would affect those who stream or post videos of copyrighted content (videogames, TV shows, music) on public sites such as YouTube. The bill does not directly address this aspect.[2] Although it is unknown whether the law would be enforced as such, there has been an outcry with several negative reactions against the bill on YouTube, and other websites. An example of one of these websites is DemandProgress.org, a site where over 500,000 people have signed on to oppose the bill.[3] [4]
  
  Both Klobuchar and Coons have stated that the bill is not intended to affect the aforementioned aspects, instead it would only target websites or people who profit from illegally streaming copyrighted material.[5][6]

  Answer:-Because hackers don't write or distribute viruses, the correct term for someone that did that would be a 'cracker'. Even black hat hacker's don't distribute viruses because its a fairly pointless endeavor.

  Answer:-Interview different pediatricians in the area, its called a consultation appt for new patients and its usually free. Then you can let them know how you plan to handle the vaccinations and make sure they are comfortable/supportive of that decision.

  Answer:-You are normally required to be on the inmates visiting list.
  
  Visitation policy can vary at each jail. I've never heard of one that will not allow you to visit because you just got out of jail. You should call them before you make the trip to see what the requirements are.

  Answer:-yes here what has to happen the mother of the child would have to give you guardianship of child. here how you do you have to hire a attorney. what you do have the mother of child she has to sign over guard ship to the child to you. then the lawyer can write up guarder ship papers. Once that done you have guarder ship of the child you may have to go to court but it all what the best interest of the child. It be a court battle deciding what is best for the child either you get you the child or he/she might go in frostier care I just preparing you for the worse and hope for the best. I believe you may be able to get a lawyer pro bro no I don't know or low cost. One is legal aid but I don't who else you can call if you under a certain income but really if you don't have to go to court it only cost you 300.00 but we see until you daughter finished with he prison term.
