James was having issues training it to use Drain Punch and he felt giving it to Gardenia was the best thing for Cacnea since they both wanted it to get stronger and he felt that wasn't going to happen under his care.
In regards to Seviper and Mime Jr. as well as Wobbuffet, they were both left behind in Team Rocket's HQ before they went to Unova. They weren't allowed to bring their Pokémon with them because they were given a specific assignment and they had to stay as out of sight as possible so they couldn't use Pokémon that weren't native to Unova.

If you didnt know a persons name, it would be hard to make them do things. It would be much harder for them to see things through your eyes.

Answer:-I'm pretty sure Rumpelstiltskin was a folk tale that was passed on from person-to-person long before it was ever written down. The "original" probably never even made it to print.
However, the closest your probably going to get to the definitive version of the story is in "Grimms' Fairy Tales". The tales were originally written in German, and there are a bunch of different English translations - but fortunately, the book is out of copyright, so it is also in public domain and all over the Internet:

Ok so I saw this movie about 8 years ago it was based very closely on the Original Fairy Tale of Rumpelstiltskin I don't know when it was made, probably 80's or 90's. Also,there's an old superstition which says goblins used to snatch human babies and change them for their own, which is where we get the word "changeling" used to describe a weird kid.

Answer:-Mists of Pandaria has been proven not to be the new expansion via an interview with the game developers. You can find it in an article on mmo-champion from about a week ago.
As of right now, there is no information on the next expansion. Most are predicting that they will announce it during blizzcon 2011 which is coming up. I am very excited!!!
