Answer:-Since you're 14, you're bodies going to be changing a lot. And you really shouldn't be dieting/cutting calories. But I doubt your mind will change, so I will suggest:
1. Try not to eat to much sugar, white flour, white rice, etc. Eat things with lots of colour. If the label on the package lists sugar as one of the first ingredients, try not to eat too much of it.
2. Lots of fruits and veggies. Keep up your proteins (chicken is a good, healthy source.)
3. Cardio workouts are great. Running, biking, etc. anything that gets you active and gets your heart rate up!
4. If you want a bit of toning, try sit-ups/crunches.
And don't worry if you gain weight at first, muscle weighs more than fat. Plus, I'll say it again, you're 14, so you're body is still changing drastically on it's own. For now, just try to focus on staying active and eating healthy! - Question:-How much do you think Kristin Cavallari weighs?

Answer:-I think she looks about 110lb-115lb with around 20% body fat. She has a very athletic physique, so just dropping down to this weight won't necessarily put you as low as 20% body fat unless you do a lot of strength training and eat a high protein diet.

We have to keep our dorm room beds in our dorm so i cant bring a loft bed from home but i can loft it with a kit that goes under it. I want to be able to put my desk under my bed. Answer:-I built a temporary wall using pvc pipe and fabric, it was supper easy and really cheap (a ten foot piece of pvc pipe is $1)
I would try using a heavy felt type fabric for blocking noise. If you go to your local joann fabric, they will have it in lots of colors and I think it is pretty cheap. - Question:-How do I go about getting a loft conversion?

Answer:-I have one of those expensive, but useful, steamer/microwave dishes from Tupperware. It is the one that stacks so you can cook a complete meal in on microwave session.
Anyway, if you get a chicken and season it to your liking and place it on the steamer rack and add the dripping bowl under and the lid on top you can cook a whole chicken (15 minutes a pound) and it turns out juicy and just as tasty as the one you pay much more for already cooked.

Answer:-There is a bit of a difference in the price. you can find all those items there even clothing. I bought a small purse for $99. I dont think i would have been able to get that price any where else. they carring sun glasses scarves jackets brief cases and everything. Answer:-I love the coach outlet stores. There is also one near my house. The bags will range from $40-350. They are authentic bags if you buy them from the Coach outlet store. They cost less because companies often make too many bags every season and they need to get rid of their overstock. They don't want to keep out of season bags at their regular stores next to the brand new designs. As long as you shop at the companies store, authenticity should be guaranteed. Answer:-No you cannot, the outlet is not in conjunction with the store. You can get discounts at all Coach stores but not Coach Outlets because you don't work at an outlet.

Answer:-Yes, they are authentic, otherwise it would be illegal. Coach Factory outlets always sell authentic items. They are cheaper because they are from last season and the stores need to clear out inventory to make room for new season items so they send them to the outlet. I'm not sure how late people walk around the Rose Bowl, but I think mostly they stop before about 10pm, not sure because it is likely different now that it is fall, last time I was there was during the summer about 8:30pm and there were lots of people.

Answer:-when i saw solo make the comments, i took it as she was critical of a bad coach making a bad decision. i didn't think she meant that scurry was a bad player, we all know she's not. but, solo was the hot hand and scurry had not played in along time. it was just a coach trying to regain control of a team that should have never been his! these players entire lives are built around this sport and the few moments they have to let people see it at it's best, and he took that moment away from the team, as well as solo and the people who watch it. it should be ryan apologizing to the team, solo and the fans that follow this team and the women who live for it. i think she should be disciplined, but not as severely as he is doing being that he will be fired after this next match. solo will and should be back for she has earned the spot as number 1 goalie and despite backlash on her comments, she was right about the soon-to-be ex-coach of the women's team. - Question:-What happened to Abby Wambach in the Olympics and when did Hope Solo start playing?
