  How good do you think vince young will be in the 07-08 season, and do you think we would be a good fantasy selection?
  
  Answer:-VY is a champion, a true player pure and simple. He has assumed the leadership role on a very young team that has experienced some offseason issues ranging from PacMan's problems to Lendale wanting to play lineman. hahahahhahahhaha Well he did shoot up to 260 something lbs. Young is tough. He is a hardworker and has taken all of the issues this year with great stride. Losing Drew Bennett and other recievers certainly didn't do anything to improve the situation in Nashville. I am hoping he can develop a chemistry with who he has. There are still some pretty talented young guys on this Titan's team like Ben Troupe at TE, recently acquired reciever Justin Gage (whom played with a similar style qb at Mizzou), and veteran David Givens has the oppurtunity to be a star. Win a trophy with another franchise.
  
  Defense should be better. Kyle Vanden Bosch is a monster and big Haynesworth won't be missing too many games this year, God willing. Nick Harper from the Colts may be just what the doctor ordered in these rough times without PacMan. Also, hopefully, Michael Griffin could pan out. Though he has a lot to prove he was worth that first round draft choice.
  
  I don't think the Titans and Vince will just flounder. I believe the team will struggle. They play in a divison with the Colts and Jaguars. I think these rough years though is what will make the Titans a force to reckon with in the future. Vince will be able to build chemistry this year with a lot of younger guys as eager to win as he is.

  Answer:-He got knocked out of bounds. It really wasn't anything you could see. Leg muscle injuries are funny. Sometimes you can play with them. Sometimes you miss a couple of games. Sometimes it will affect you until next season.

  Maybe if the titans would have started Vince Young early in the season the Titans might have made playoffs this year. I don't think they would have gone this year though.

  It is a possiblity. I believe it will take at least 2 more full seasons. First he will need some playoff expereince. Also in two years he can become comfortable with the offensive playbook as well as become better at reading coverages.

  Answer:-I believe there's a pretty good chance. He won't be too expensive like McNabb, and I bet the Cardinals will be looking for just about anything. Young has had some success and deserves the full confidence of an organization to go out and play 16 regular season games (if healthy of course) before he is written off. The Cardinals are definitely in a position to give him that opportunity.

  Answer:-As law enforcement, I can tell you from experience that you CAN see through pepperspray. It hurts like the dickens, but not nearly as bad as getting your butt kicked will hurt. your eyes will naturally start to water, which helps rinse the spray out. If you do not get your eyes open, you will not be able to see which direction the danger is comming from. Grappling works, IF you can get ahold of the other person before you get pounded. I choose to suffer through the burning of the spray.

CA laws do regulate the size and/or weight of the defense spray products you can carry and buy. The legal container size must be equal to or below 2.5 ounces of active product.

  Answer:-You have a good link above me, but just to correct a thought here, Mace is the original irritant spray used since the 1930's in police work. OC Pepper is relatively newer and is FAR more powerful than Mace ever was.
  
  Irritants are rated by SHU's (Scoville Heat Units) which measures the "burning" effect on human skin. A Jalapeno pepper is rated at 7,500 SHU. Mace is rated at 12,000 SHU. OC Pepper ( oil based) is rated at 25,000 SHU. The newest police rated is now Phase IV, which is rated at 2,000,000 SHU ( Two million). Most departments do not use the Phase IV due to the extreme burning it will do to the skin, requiring hospital treatments.

  Answer:-Pepper spray is legal in all states but you'd have to check with your college to find out if they have any rules or restrictions against it. If they do, form a group to get it changed. The college should be concerned about the safety of their students. Additionally, some cities, States, municipalities, etc., have restrictions on the strength and/or size that is legal. Check the laws in your area.

  Answer:-I know that when I've bought it I didn't fill out forms as with a gun. I just bought a few cans. My understanding is that you are simply responsible for damage, just as if you hit someone over the head with a chair. Be certain you have a defense. Self defense, if true, would work.

  Answer:-McGahee could win the starting job for the Broncos. John Fox will use a RBBC and both McGahee and Moreno should see plenty of touches in the offense. Even if McGahee is not the starter his nose for the endzone should make him the team's number one option when they get near touchdown. McGahee has the ability and the opportunity to end the season as a top 25 fantasy RB.

  Answer:-McGahee all day. Fred Jackson is good, but you have to realize that he New England run defense isnt that great (very very young and in-experienced core). I think that if he were to go up against a half way decent defense, I can see him doing alright, but not spectacular. He is a middle of the road player and will get touches, but will see his time significantly damper once Marshawn Lynch comes back after week 3. I cant see Buffalo splitting time evenly either between them, as Lynch is a beast.
  
  McGahee is going against a weak Cinci defense today and is the man when it comes to converting in the red zone. Ray Rice/McClain will have most of the yardage on the ground today, but I would expect McGahee to have 50+ all purpose yards and one of two td's.

  I would normally say McGahee here, but he did break his hand and only missed 1 game. He says he's ready and the hand shouldn't be a factor.   Seems like alot of "anaylist" are raving about Matt Schaub's Potential to be a starter, and many are predicting that he will be traded in the off-season, due to his restricted free agent contract expiring. I've seen Schaub perform on the field, and I must say I'm impressed, but only to a certain extent. Which team do you think he will be traded to?
  
  Maybe the Oakland Raiders? I don't think Mr. Davis will draft a QB, but he might take a chance on trading for Matt Schaub....but then again....maybe not...
  
  Perhaps the Cleevland Browns?....They might take a chance on drafting hometown favorite Troy Smith, but the last thing the Browns need is another inexperiecned QB. so trading for Matt Schaub might make sense.

  Answer:-I'd say Oakland is out of the picture. I'd say Oakland is hands-down the team that most needs a high-potential prospect at quarterback, especially one that's spent a couple years in the NFL (albeit mainly on the bench). I'd even go so far as to say it would be an excellent fit for both sides, given that Schaub would likely start immediately and the Raiders would finally have a passing threat. With all that said, the Raiders won't do it, because they're... well, the Raiders. Al Davis seems to love taking a chance on guys who are just slightly past their prime or have had questionable performances in other venues. Schaub probably isn't even a blip on their radar. Damon Huard will end up a Raider before Schaub will.
  
  I'm a Falcons fan and I like Schaub. I think he's a great prospect who could have bigtime QB potential. I don't want to see him in another jersey next year, because let's face it - say he's as good as some of the analysts think - the Falcons are already hearing it about taking Vick ahead of LT. What if Schaub is the next Favre, or Brady? I mean, we already let the last Favre go!
  
  I think the teams looking to actually sign Schaub could be the Raiders (but it won't happen), the Lions and maybe even Jacksonville. I think the Panthers will be interested as well, but Schaub would likely be relegated to a backup role there for a couple of years, and I think he's looking for a starting gig.
  
  Odds are, he's in a Lions uniform to start the season. Will be great to see what he'll be like in that offense - I think with the right QB, that team will be tough to defend.

  Answer:-Don't over think this. Stick with Orton until either A. Shaub shows he is the QB we've known him to be when healthy, right now he's flat or B. Orton proves us wrong. He will produce regardless of the matchup.

  Answer:-Id go with Schuab, Foster was used in week 1 to keep manning off the field, thats the only reason they used him so much. Now in Week 2 he'll set up great play action now that foster is a big threat.
  
  Im watching the Ravens game now and the Jets arent having any type of passing game at all. Although Palmer does have Owens and Ochocinco, you do have to remember that the patriots arent a very good passing defence so he wont have nearly as many points this week.

  Answer:-Schaub averaged 320 YPG passing the last 4 games of '08 and has one of the best receivers and receiving tight ends in the game at his disposal.
  Cutler is a quality QB but has no proven targets other than Forte. Schaub gets the nod until Cutler proves himself with the Bears.

  i'm starting to see how fantasy football can be a challenging strategic game!
  
  Answer:-Schaub has thrown for less that 200 yards in 3 out of 5 games this year, and now he's facing a KC defense that shut down Peyton Manning (I lost cause he got me less than 10 pts in my league, which is not going to cut it), and is only allowing 14 ppg. He is also without his starting LT, Duane Brown (4 week suspension, 2 more weeks to go), and he has struggled without him.
  
  McNabb, meanwhile, has thrown for almost 1400 yards in 5 games (about 280 ypg). He is facing a Colts D that is poor vs the run, but will be keying on it, so I think he will be able to hit on some deep throws, and hopefully some TDs, which have been lacking (only 4 through 5 games).
  
  Also, the Colts are missing two safeties: projected starter Bob Sanders, and his replacement, the up-and-coming Melvin Bullitt (btw watch the Colts cut Sanders in the off-season, they are really frustrated with his susceptibility to injuries). Thus, they will be starting the 4th string safety (they probably signed a free-agent or something as a backup). So start McNabb over Schaub with confidence.

  Answer:-I think JDS will win by KO. This fight is going to be so big that it will cause at least a 6.0 earthquake. I agree, JDS has world class take down defense. He also has a lot of power and can unleash a flurry of punches very quickly and he prefers to keep his fights standing. Cain has world class take down defense too as we saw against Brock Lesnar, he even took Lesnar down who is heavier. Cain has a lot of power in his punches, maybe more than JDS, but he isn't as fast. Cain's chin was tested (against Congo) and he has a lot of endurance and doesn't give up. JDS has rarely ever been brushed by a strike. Watching them exchange is going to be thrilling and could go either way. But I bet a dollar on JDS. (When Shane Carwin heals I want to see him fight both of these guys, which will be at least 3 months. I think Carwin can beat both of them; he has way more power than Cain.)

  Answer:-It is illegal to keep ANY native bird as a pet in the US. If you had people legally breeding native birds how would you know that they were not stealing and hatching wild bird eggs? How would you know that they were not capturing nestlings, and adult birds to sell? Are you going to have a federal inspector there 24/7? You can not legally keep an injured bird as a pet. All injured native birds legally must go to a licensed rehabilitator to be helped. If the bird cannot be released it will most likely be destroyed. A VERY few birds are lucky enough to go to animal educators to be used in educational programs. I have researched what is involved to get federal permits to use native birds, or any mammals in my programs and decided that the paperwork and inspections would be too much. My 5 pet crows come and go as they please to the feeding station out back. If there is no food they call me and tell me they are hungry. In the beginning they would always fly away, but now after a few years they allow me to be within 6 to 8 feet of them before they take off. If you want to be close to crows volunteer to help a rehaber.

  Answer:-I think it will be a very close game. I think the key for the Ravens will be running the ball. The Patriots will have Wilfork and Warren back which should help with run defense. The Patriots will probably play 8 in the box to try to take away avery potent running attack. On offense, the Patriots will need to protect Brady. The Ravens have a good pass rushing team. I think you will see a lot of screen passes to Faulk. I don't think the Patriots fear the Ravens, but they do respect them.

  Answer:-Your only option is to build a chicken fence enclosure which includes a fence roof. You'll have to secure the fencing all along the sides at the baseline to prevent mongoose, rodents, and other predators from simply digging under the fence. This may be accomplished by laying a concrete foundation along the perimeter.
  
  If you let your birds run free, there really is nothing you can do to protect them short of guarding them 24 hours a day.
  
  P.S. snakes are going to also be a problem, and for that you'll have to use a finer mesh screen.

  Well, they're 3-2 at the moment and the defense has finally showed up for the first time this year (nothing like a 9-7 game to jumpstart a defense).
  
  At the moment, their QB Steve McNair is unable to throw the ball properly due to an injured groin. The Ravens top 3 WRs (Mason, Clayton, Williams) have been limping most of the year with injuries. Their 2 best TEs are hurt (leaving a glorifed OT to play TE and have to catch passes). They've got 3 injured starters on their O-line. Their best D-lineman is hurt. Their #2 CB has been sick for most of the year. Even Ray Lewis has been limping for alot of the season. And Bart Scott and Terrell Suggs haven't played to their ability level.
  
  Despite all this, they are in ballgames and could easily be 5-0 at the moment. McGahee is running over teams even when they stack the box. The defense is still shutting teams down alot of the time.
  
  How good will they be when their players are finally healthy in November or December?

  Answer:-Suh won the fight already. the only way Gabbert has a shot is with a gun. Suh kicked that little boy all over the field.
• Question:-Will the Buffalo Bills draft either Cam Newton or Blaine Gabbert?

  Answer:-I am a very BIG Buffalo Bills fan, and as a fan I just wanna say that that would be stupid on Buffalo's part to get Gabbert or Newton that high. We have so many more important needs and Fitzpatrick played extremely well. It just didn't show because our defense was horrible especially when it came to stopping the run. We gave up 200 yards rushing in eight games this season, and raked dead last in the NFL for rush defense. Sure we ranked in the top ten maybe even in the top five when it came to pass defense but, that's only because teams were running the ball on us 70-80% of the time, teams were able to be one dimensional against us and still dominate or defense. We hardly got any picks and our ball hawk Byrd got one pick the entire season and that was the very last game of the season. Our pass defense is kinda over rated. So if it was up to me...I would 1 of these 3 things.
  
  1. Draft Marcell Dareus, Defensive Lineman, #57 Alabama. He can pass rush and get in the back field to stop the run. He could play the 4-3 or the 3-4 and since Chan Gailey said we would be playing both schemes, we need a guy who can do both. He's big, fast, and physical; and we need that on our team.
  
  2.Draft Patrick Peterson, Conerback, #7 LSU. He is a pure vision of a shut down corner. He would fill in for Terrence who has missed 12 games in the past two seasons due to injury so you can't really trust him. He would shut down one side of the field so that we could put more in the box to stop the run as well. He is 6'1, 222 pounds. Has a safety body frame and corner like abilities meaning he is strong and physical. Has great ball skills, everything you could ask in a corner. He's already been compared to Revis due to his play on the field. Plus with all the receivers in our division we need some one who can go heads up with them. Also making it a situation where you need to pick your poison for opposing teams. Do want to pass it to Byrd's side of the field or Peterson's side.
  
  3. Trade Down. We have so many holes to fill and not enough picks to fill them. Buffalo should trade down and get some more picks and get some players that can ball and hard working.

  Answer:-He got signed by the Chicago Bears, not the browns. And Yes, more then likely he will start the entire season for the Bears unless he ends up suffering a season ending injury. The bears lost Wide receivers Bernard Berrian and Mushin Muhammad to free agency, so they will need someone to step up and fill the role.

  Which would you prefer for the remainder of the season in a PPR League? Brandon Lloyd or Brandon Marshall?

  Brandon Lloyd isnt going up to a top notch defense but hes not a primary reciever. Hines Ward is a primary reciever but is going up agianst a great defense Baltimore. i dont know which one to start!
  
  Answer:-I would start Hines Ward just because he is a primary reciever. Lloyd has a chance of going through the game without a reception. Ward will get more looks for sure, but it is a questionable matchup. I expect both matchups to be focused on the run anyways.
• Question:-Should I start Brandon Lloyd or Percy Harvin?
  I'm already starting Dez Bryant and Robert Meachem.

  Last week, I put in Lloyd over Marshall and it paid off. But Lloyd, while coming off a great game, is playing Monday against a San Diego pass defense that has caused some problems for other teams. He may not repeat Sunday's performance. But now Marshall is going to have Tyler Thigpen throwing to him. Could this be the QB he has hoping for ? I remember Thigpen being pass happy for KC. Who would you start?

  Answer:-Definitely Brandon Lloyd. The Chargers may have been a passing issue for some teams but they haven't faced a team with the passing capabilities of the Broncos. Now that the Broncos have Knowshon Moreno healthy and playing well the passing game will just get better.
• Question:-with the addition of Brandon Lloyd and Marty booker have the bears recieving corps gone from bad to average?
  Brandon Lloyd when he wasnt injured he had 5 touchdowns and with 48 receptions, and Marty booker when he was had a ok quarterback had 6 touchdown with 55 receptions........also with medicore devin hester rashied davis and mark bradley, id have to say thats a pretty good recieving corps
  
  Answer:-Maybe average at best. Brandon Lloyd was nothing special in Washington with the Redskins and Marty Booker is at best a possession receiver. The person the Bears really need is Mark Bradley, who has talent but hasn't shown anything so far in his career. Yes, substandard quarterback play and injuries have played a role in Bradley's problems, but at some point you just have to step up or step aside. Rashied Davis is a #4 receiver at best and a good special teamer. Hester can be very good-not great, but very good if he can learn all the routes in the tree. Devin could still be ok if all he does is run a fly pattern every now and then.

  Marshall has not produced well this season. He is facing a tough Titans defense this week, but some fantasy experts say start him anyways because Pennington will be in instead of Henne. However, Lloyd has come on for the Broncos. They face the Chiefs this week, who have a decent pass defense. Who would you start?

  Brandon Jackson is a great pickup if you are looking for someone to play for 1-2 weeks then dropping (he will get plenty of carries, especially against the Bills next week--the Pack will get ahead in the score and run the ball the rest of the game).
  Peyton Hillis I'm not too sure about.

• Question:-Should I start Jason Campbell vs the Browns or Derek Anderson vs the Redskins?
  Derek Anderson is obviously coming off a great season last year but hasn't done anything this season until last week against arguably one of the best defenses in the league. Jason Campbell never puts up big numbers but is generally safe.
  
  Answer:-I'd go with Campbell for several reasons. The skins are going to be looking to rebound after last week. He's going to be passing the ball a lot more to keep up with DA, and he's much more accurate. Moss is too good to not have the ball thrown to him again. And lastly, the Browns are coming off a short week after a huge unexpected win where they played real hard.

  Redskins play at HOME against the Saints (who are without 3 defensive starters). Jason Campbell has pretty good weapons if he is allowed to use them all.   Answer:-I do not see Gibbs putting Campbell back in unless Collins is struggling in the playoffs. Collins has earned the starting job, and has the Skins winning. I still believe Campbell will be the starter in the future, but for the rest of this years playoffs, I believe Collins will start until he is either hurt or struggles.

  There is a report that Oakland is interested in Jason Campbell, but there is no way that would happen since Mike Shanahan would have to trade him to the team he hates the most. As much as the trade would make sense for both teams, I doubt it would happen.
  
  Answer:-Either he stays in Washington playing behind McNabb, or he ends up being traded. I see him traded to possibly Oakland or even Buffalo. They tried to acquire McNabb, but couldn't, Campbell could be their next choice.

  Jason Campbell swept our division all by himself. I'm afraid if the Raiders keep him then he will win the division. Do you think if Jason Campbell stays the Raiders will still do good?

  Answer:-Campbell is vs the pats who just lost. The Pats are not going to play around this week. Vick has something to prove. He will put up numbers this week. I don't think his hand will play a factor. Play Vick.
