  Department Supervisor Associate: All of above + responsible for doing set up within department and making price changes and other things I cannot remember.
  
  POS: cashier, responsible for checking out customers accurately and timely. Deals with various tenders. sometimes also titled as credit greeter or line monitor, but only around holiday season.
  
  POS Supervisor: in charge of making sure all registers run smoothly and all have change. Calls for additional cashiers when lines get too long. Sometimes is backup for Customer Service.

  Answer:-Keep calling.. I am not sure how long a background check takes to process, but appearing interested for the job is important when applying. Call about two times a week, perhaps Monday and Friday. Also ask the manager how long this process usually takes ("I'm really eager to start, how long might this take on average?"). Then, depending on his/her answer, wait another week or two, and if things haven't changed, being looking for another job. If you hear back from a different job and know you can start there before Kohl's can finish a background check, go for the other job.

  In a M20 manual transmission when you take off in first gear you have a gear ratio of "2.56 to 1" meaning the front of the transmission (the side bolted to the engine) turns 2.56 revolutions and the rear of the transmission turns only 1 revolution.
  
  When you shift to second the gear ratio changes to a "1.91 to 1" gear ratio which makes the car move even faster. That ratio means the front of the transmission turns 1.90 revolutions and the rear of the transmission turns 1 revolution.
  
  When you shift into third gear the gear ratio changes to a "1.48 to 1" gear ratio meaning the front of the transmission turns 1.48 revolutions and the rear of the transmission turns 1 revolution making the car go even faster.
  
  And finally when in 4th gear the M20 manual shift transmission has a "1 to 1" gear ratio meaning that both the front and rear of the transmission is turning the same amount of revolutions making the car go the fastest for a this particular transmission.
  
  Now cars that have transmissions with "overdrive" may have a fifth gear that may have a gear ratio more than a "1 to 1" ratio.   Answer:-I don't think you can say we were at full strength for one, we didn't have our All-American tackle, and 3 of our offensive linemen were playing out of position, not to mention that Utah's defensive end is a stud playing against a third string offensive tackle. I'm not making excuses, we got beat, and on that night utah definitelytely a better team then Alabama and bama got it taken to them, no doubt in my mind.
  
  In Bama's defense however, i think that we didn't play Bama football, we never got the running game going because your offensive line weakness and a well schemed game by Utah.
  
  Look at what happened when we played Tulane without Smith, it screwed us and our offensive output was atrocious. Do I think Utah is a better team, no, not at all. Do i think they were better on that night, damn straight they proved it.

  Answer:-Thanks for the compliment. Saban has done a wonderful job hasn't he? Defensively we are pretty set. There are 9 starters returning & a lot of kids got to play in back-up roles. Offense: Big question definitely is the QB position. A.J. Mccaron is the only Qb we have with any experience. He played in a couple of games last year after the games had already been decided. He was able to play almost the entire second half vs. Michigan State in the Capital One bowl. So that was some needed experience. The QB slot will most likely be his or a kid named Phillip Sims who has a bad A*S arm but no experience. We will be fine at the running back slot. We have Trent Richardson coming back for his junior year. He may just end up being a better running back than Ingram was. We also have 2-3 more RB's that got to play a lot during the season. RT

  Im 19 and have a complete tear of my UCL, the ligament reconstructed in Tommy John surgery. I go to the doctor next week and Im hoping to get the surgery as soon as possible. I was wondering what Im going to be looking at as far as pain from the surgery and recovery, how long my arm is going to be immobilized for, and if there is a preferred place I should have the graft tendon harvested from? Any tips would be helpful.

  Answer:-im 19 also. had the surgery done on march 5th. i jst got back from working out.progressing very well. the pain lasted a few days but wasnt bad at all. i had some pretty good painkillers and so will you. i was in a splint for 2 weeks and a hinged brace for four weeks. therapy is great. they took the tendon from my hamstring because i dont have the palmoris in my wrist. dr andrews out of bham did my surgery and told me i have a very strong graft after surgery. the earliest i can pitch competitively will be somewhere around january if all goes well. im a college pitcher and had an average velocity of 92 mph when mine tore...should get it all back plus some dr andrews told me. good luck
