I was using my JCPenney charge to pay for the purchase and what if I am going to receive the bill before the return day ? Are they still gonna allow me to return it eventhough I already paid for the bill ?
  
  Answer:-You can return any item, any time as long you have the receipt. A back up would be to have receipt and statement of bill with you, so that your account gets immediately credited. Pennys is simple. Without a receipt your card will be credited or gift card issued. Hope that helps

  Answer:-I've worked at Penney for 1 and a half years. I relocated after working for Penney's in Wichita for 4 months. I was told that I hadn't worked there long enough to transfer so I had to quit and be rehired. but it was quick and painless. Tell him to have his manager call the desired location and put in a good word, it worked for me.

  Answer:-Sounds more like a coincidence. We sometimes hear about someone who had a premonition and didn't get on a flight that later crashed, but we never hear about the people who had premonitions and didn't get on flights that landed safely.
  
  Walmart would have to have some way getting your email address from your debit card number. It's not likely your bank would give it out even if they have it, and it's even less likely Walmart could hack it any other way.

  Answer:-Due to their purchasing power. They buy in extreme volume and get bulk discount pricing. Also, they tell vendors what they will pay them not vice versa. If a vendor doesn't like the price Walmart will find a vendor that will give them their price. Most vendors don't want to lose Walmart's business so they agree to Walmart's purchase price. Walmart is then able to offer the goods for the low prices that they do.
  
  I was able to tour one of their warehouses and they are quite expansive. Walmart has mastered the art of knowing what they need, how much they need, and when they need it. They order merchandise months in advance. They also have their stores linked into their inventory system and are able to replenish their stores almost instantly. For example, if you bought a TV. The system registers that a tv was bought at sore x and sends out a notice to ship TV to store X to replenish the inventory stock at store x. This usually happens in the same day. This efficiency also helps to save in ordering and labor costs which also contributes to Walmart being able to offer low prices.

  Answer:-To be honest, neither payless or walmart are good stores to be buying dance clothes or shoes. You should either buy your shoes at the studio or go to a dance specialty store. Same with your leotard. The clothes at walmart are not good quality and your leotard will be falling appart after a few weeks. The material used in many of their leotard also doesn't let your skin breathe properly. Also, the dance shoes at payless are really cheaply made and are not suitable for anyone over the age of six.

  Answer:-Walmart skateboards are cheaper but only because they're made out of cheaper material. If you want the board to actually last a while a hold up, invest in a good board. If you go into a shop like Zumiez or Vans, they'll be able to tell you what the best board they have is and fit you with the right parts for a decent price. Spend the money on a good board so you don't have to worry about buying a new one soon when the Walmart one breaks. It depends on who wants the board and how serious they are.

  I've previously read that you need to have the credit card to get the discount. I know it's 20% but it doesn't include all departments. If Coach and Movado aren't included, I'm out of there.

  Answer:-A Coach bag, or a Juicy Couture or a Kate Spade handbag are EXACTLY the same if you buy them from a boutique or a department store. Personally I like to buy them from the place where I can get them for the least amount of money.
  Because of this, I buy nearly all my handbags from eBay. I have very expensive tastes, but a not so expensive budget so I can get very high end bags on eBay for less money. My last purchase was a $695 Isabella Fiore handbag that I paid $219 for! If your not familiar with Isabella Fiore - you must check her out - her bags are works of art!

  I received a food processor/blender for my birthday 5 months ago and I noticed that when I use it, which is seldom, it has a very sharp loud noise. I have seen reviews for it online and it seems that others have encountered the same. I don't even want to use it because of the horrible noise. Can I return it to Macys without a box?
  I used it at most 5 times and it was only the processor part where the bowl was easily cleaned. The item looks Brand New. I have the original receipt.

  Food processors don't count as "items with special guidelines" and their policy makes no mention of original packaging.
  
  If the item is defective, at this point, chances are they would refer you to the manufacturer.
  
  If the item works well but is obviously used they might not take it back on that account.
  
  If you have all parts and it's not used (or at least look like it) I would think the answer would be yes.

  Okay guys, so here's the situation I'm in. I'm a sophomore in college and a political science major, I recently got a job at City Hall that pays extremely well and gives me experience in my field of study. But the problem is I'm currently working for Best Buy, and even though they have their issues I still love it and the people I work with and don't wish to leave, part of the reason why I respect Best Buy is because they get involved in their community by volunteering to do things every so often. Not wishing to show off, but I am extremely good at getting MasterCard's and PRP's. So what I was thinking of doing is asking my general manager if they could stop putting me on the weekly schedule and only schedule me for the Sunday meetings in which I will be more than happy to run arons (basically being there *****) for example: bringing doughnuts, and training people to help get MasterCard's and PRPs etc. in exchange I would want to be in charge of the volunteer community events group at Best Buy. And keeping the discount if they wish, but not a big priority. PS. Also community events would help make my political resume look better. That's why I'm eager to stay. So I guess my question is, will he go for it? Or tell me to go screw off! LOL
  
  Answer:-The only way you'll ever know is to ask! My only suggestion is that you look at it from Best Buy's vantage point: how will it benefit Best Buy? Try coming up with a pitch from that angle.

  Answer:-if they offered a free install like you say they will do the job and the more parts you bring the less money you will have to pay for parts for the install,did they offer this when you bought the head unit if so bring proof of purchase from the site you bought it from, there sight..and you are going to need an Adaptor plug in that matches the car your driving.go to wall mart and tell them the type of ride you have yr make and model and they will sell you the right one .its about10 bucks this attaches to your new head unit and plugs into your stock radio harness 2 plugs one for speakers and the other for power. the wiring diagram comes with it so you can't go wrong.

  Answer:-Unfortunately when you live with your mom and you are under age, she owns everything that is yours, even if it was given to you as a gift, and even if you move out. You don't have a lawsuit.
  
  Best Buy may have it on file, but the only way they would have to produce it to your grandparents is if they get a court order from a judge asking for it. A judge isn't going to request this. It is your responsibility as well as your grandparent's to have record of purchases.

  Check with your warranty .. it may also cover lost and stolen cameras too.

  Answer:-First you should go to a store like Best Buy, Circuit City, or even Costco to see what TV you like best for the prices they're offering. Watch the TVs (they should all have the same programming on) and see which picture you like best. Ask the sales people questions about the different specs you see listed (resolution, progressive or interlaced scanning, 60 or 120-Hz video refresh rate, contrast ratio, etc.) and ask why some models are more expensive than others. That way you'll know why the TVs are priced the way they are and which features are important to you (would you want to spend an extra $300 on a TV because it has a feature that you wouldn't use or don't notice in the picture?). Write down the model numbers of the ones you like.
  
  Then check prices on the internet. I recommend buying on-line, because not only can you sometimes get a better price, but you might avoid sales tax and shipping.
  
  You can use whatever shopping bot you want to search on the item and see which on-line stores offer the item at what price. But, when you see the prices and the stores offering them for a certain model, go to www.resellerratings.com/store/ and enter the name of the store in the upper right corner of the page to get a list of consumer ratings for that store. This site only has ratings from actual customers. They don't let stores enter their own bogus positive ratings (if you try to rate a company, they require an invoice number and contact info for the store, so they can verify that you're actually a customer).
  
  If the store doesn't come up as part of the search, it hasn't been rated yet and may not be worth the risk of going through them. But, if the searched store does come up, you'll get a bunch of customer reviews - positive and negative - that will help you decide if you should take the risk with this on-line store.
  
  I bought a 42" Sony LCD HDTV a couple years ago and the lowest price at the time was about $1650. When I looked up the store selling it at that price, most of the reviews told about how they pressure you to get the $300 - $500 extended warranty. And, when you don't get that, they charge your credit card, but tell you that your item is on backorder. Most people said they just cancelled the order after 3 months or whatever, because of being in backorder limbo for months.
  
  I did find a store selling the TV for $1850. It was at egghead.com, which is a very reputable on-line store. They charged me California sales tax, because the TV was coming from a warehouse in Los Angeles. But, shipping was free. And, the TV arrived safe and sound within 2 days.

  Answer:-When the Costco cd opens on the computer, click it closed.
  
  Then, open "my computer" and "explore" the cd. You should be able to find the images as jpg files. Just copy them to any folder you have or create on your computer.

  You get products and services cheap there for 2 reasons:

  2.) you pay a membership fee
  
  Being just for you and your husband, it may or may not be beneficial for you to join depending on how much you guys consume. It may turn out that you just break even by shopping there.
  
  Go there with a friend or coworker one day to get a better picture of how much you'll save, if anything at all.

  Answer:-I have one of those expensive, but useful, steamer/microwave dishes from Tupperware. It is the one that stacks so you can cook a complete meal in on microwave session.
  
  Anyway, if you get a chicken and season it to your liking and place it on the steamer rack and add the dripping bowl under and the lid on top you can cook a whole chicken (15 minutes a pound) and it turns out juicy and just as tasty as the one you pay much more for already cooked.

  Answer:-I love the coach outlet stores. There is also one near my house. The bags will range from $40-350. They are authentic bags if you buy them from the Coach outlet store. They cost less because companies often make too many bags every season and they need to get rid of their overstock. They don't want to keep out of season bags at their regular stores next to the brand new designs. As long as you shop at the companies store, authenticity should be guaranteed.   Answer:-Yes, they are authentic, otherwise it would be illegal. Coach Factory outlets always sell authentic items. They are cheaper because they are from last season and the stores need to clear out inventory to make room for new season items so they send them to the outlet. They also send them to the oultet if there is something wrong with it like wrong sticthing or tagging but its usually not noticeable.

I'm a sophomore in college and a political science major, I recently got a job at City Hall that pays extremely well and gives me experience in my field of study. But the problem is I'm currently working for Best Buy, and even though they have their issues I still love it and the people I work with and don't wish to leave, part of the reason why I respect Best Buy is because they get involved in their community by volunteering to do things every so often. Not wishing to show off, but I am extremely good at getting MasterCard's and PRP's. So what I was thinking of doing is asking my general manager if they could stop putting me on the weekly schedule and only schedule me for the Sunday meetings in which I will be more than happy to run arons (basically being there *****) for example: bringing doughnuts, and training people to help get MasterCard's and PRPs etc. in exchange I would want to be in charge of the volunteer community events group at Best Buy. And keeping the discount if they wish, but not a big priority. PS. Also community events would help make my political resume look better. That's why I'm eager to stay. So I guess my question is, will he go for it? Or tell me to go screw off! LOL

  Answer:-Unfortunately when you live with your mom and you are under age, she owns everything that is yours, even if it was given to you as a gift, and even if you move out. You don't have a lawsuit.
  
  Best Buy may have it on file, but the only way they would have to produce it to your grandparents is if they get a court order from a judge asking for it. A judge isn't going to request this. It is your responsibility as well as your grandparent's to have record of purchases.

  Answer:-First you should go to a store like Best Buy, Circuit City, or even Costco to see what TV you like best for the prices they're offering. Watch the TVs (they should all have the same programming on) and see which picture you like best. Ask the sales people questions about the different specs you see listed (resolution, progressive or interlaced scanning, 60 or 120-Hz video refresh rate, contrast ratio, etc.) and ask why some models are more expensive than others. That way you'll know why the TVs are priced the way they are and which features are important to you (would you want to spend an extra $300 on a TV because it has a feature that you wouldn't use or don't notice in the picture?). Write down the model numbers of the ones you like.
  
  Then check prices on the internet. I recommend buying on-line, because not only can you sometimes get a better price, but you might avoid sales tax and shipping.
  
  You can use whatever shopping bot you want to search on the item and see which on-line stores offer the item at what price. But, when you see the prices and the stores offering them for a certain model, go to www.resellerratings.com/store/ and enter the name of the store in the upper right corner of the page to get a list of consumer ratings for that store.   Answer:-A Coach bag, or a Juicy Couture or a Kate Spade handbag are EXACTLY the same if you buy them from a boutique or a department store. Personally I like to buy them from the place where I can get them for the least amount of money.
  Because of this, I buy nearly all my handbags from eBay. I have very expensive tastes, but a not so expensive budget so I can get very high end bags on eBay for less money.   I received a food processor/blender for my birthday 5 months ago and I noticed that when I use it, which is seldom, it has a very sharp loud noise. I have seen reviews for it online and it seems that others have encountered the same. I don't even want to use it because of the horrible noise. Can I return it to Macys without a box?

I'm a sophomore in college and a political science major, I recently got a job at City Hall that pays extremely well and gives me experience in my field of study. But the problem is I'm currently working for Best Buy, and even though they have their issues I still love it and the people I work with and don't wish to leave, part of the reason why I respect Best Buy is because they get involved in their community by volunteering to do things every so often. Not wishing to show off, but I am extremely good at getting MasterCard's and PRP's. So what I was thinking of doing is asking my general manager if they could stop putting me on the weekly schedule and only schedule me for the Sunday meetings in which I will be more than happy to run arons (basically being there *****) for example: bringing doughnuts, and training people to help get MasterCard's and PRPs etc. in exchange I would want to be in charge of the volunteer community events group at Best Buy. And keeping the discount if they wish, but not a big priority. PS. Also community events would help make my political resume look better. That's why I'm eager to stay. So I guess my question is, will he go for it? Or tell me to go screw off! LOL

  Answer:-Unfortunately when you live with your mom and you are under age, she owns everything that is yours, even if it was given to you as a gift, and even if you move out. You don't have a lawsuit.
  
  Best Buy may have it on file, but the only way they would have to produce it to your grandparents is if they get a court order from a judge asking for it. A judge isn't going to request this. It is your responsibility as well as your grandparent's to have record of purchases.

  Answer:-First you should go to a store like Best Buy, Circuit City, or even Costco to see what TV you like best for the prices they're offering. Watch the TVs (they should all have the same programming on) and see which picture you like best. Ask the sales people questions about the different specs you see listed (resolution, progressive or interlaced scanning, 60 or 120-Hz video refresh rate, contrast ratio, etc.) and ask why some models are more expensive than others. That way you'll know why the TVs are priced the way they are and which features are important to you (would you want to spend an extra $300 on a TV because it has a feature that you wouldn't use or don't notice in the picture?). Write down the model numbers of the ones you like.
  
  Then check prices on the internet. I recommend buying on-line, because not only can you sometimes get a better price, but you might avoid sales tax and shipping.
  
  You can use whatever shopping bot you want to search on the item and see which on-line stores offer the item at what price. But, when you see the prices and the stores offering them for a certain model, go to www.resellerratings.com/store/ and enter the name of the store in the upper right corner of the page to get a list of consumer ratings for that store. Nook (unlike Kindle) supports eBooks in ePub format that is the universal format most used in the world.If you walk in with the Nook to Barnes & Noble store, you’re allowed to read ANY available eBook for free while in the store via free provided in the store Wi-Fi.

  Answer:-Before anyone else posts, I'd like to point out that the poem is by Edmund Spenser, deceased 400 years, not written by the poster. How did I know? My first clue was when the poster said, "by Edmund Spenser."
  Good points:
  Spenser sets an analogy, and follows this one idea throughout the poem.
  The imagery can be felt as well as seen.
  It's very racy, while not being indecent. "But harder grows the more I her entreat?" is a punny description of her reaction, while referring to his. Feeling his "flames augmented manifold," is more hot-and-heavy description.
  Bad points:
  Um, none. The language is brilliant and full of feeling, without being trite.
  Okay, if you have to have a bad point, how about just the age of the poem? The use of words that are not common today means that it is not as accessible as it was when he wrote it.
