    Answer:-if you mean online...if its a book anyways.... then amazon normally have sales and cheaper books. You can also buy books that are used... that are for like a dollar and still in good condition. If its a movie or something, then amazon still might have it but idk if it'll be cheaper

    I bought this magazine and Jennifer Nicole Lee Bikini America posted a sample diet in there.I don't know what I did with themagazine I think I left it at work.I would appreciate it if anyone could post it. Thanks for any help on this!

    Answer:-I have a sample menu from JNL from the August 2006 Oxygen.
    1/2 cup ALL Bran with 1/2 Skim Milk, 2 tablespoons walnuts, 4 egg whites, 1 cup fresh fruit and tea or coffee
    Mid Morning Snack
    1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese with sugar-free preserves and a dash of cinnamon
    4 oz grilled fish or Chicken with veggies, 1 slice whole-wheat bread and a small apple
    Late-Afternoon Snack
    Low sugar yogurt topped with 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil and 1/2 cup low sugar granola
    4 oz Salmon seasoned with Mrs. Dash ans a squeeze of lemon, steamed green beans or broccoli, and a large sweet potato sprinkled with Splenda and cinnamon.
    Late-Night Snack
    Can of tuna

    ok so I have been slowly losing weight and in that pursuit I spend a decent amount of time in the weight room. I do squats and lunges regularly but my butt and thigh seem to be the same thing. There is no point were the thigh stops and the butt comes out. I heard about Jennifer Nicole Lee doing her butt busters but what else can I do to make my butt not just more toned but more defined from my leg.
