What did the Soviets wanted to do with the post-war world? What were their ideas about reconstruction the post-war world?
  
  Answer:-Rule it with an iron thumb. The theory is that if everyone gave as much as they were able and only took what they needed then everyone would be happy. In theory it's a pretty good idea. Read "Animal Farm" by George Orwell if you want to get a good look at it as an allegory.
